Fees Policy
- Days cannot be swapped during the week.
- Full fees are charged for all booked days, regardless of attendance at the centre.
- Fees will be charged for all Public Holidays and annual leave/holiday absences.
To maintain your child’s place in the service over holiday/annual leave absences, you will be required to pay full fees.
Childcare Subsidy
Families who have children enrolled with us at Avondale Heights Childcare and Early Learning Centre may be eligible for fee assistance in the form of Childcare Subsidy.
To be eligible for the Childcare Subsidy, families must meet certain eligibility criteria, as determined by the Federal Government. Additionally, families must be registered with the Family Assistance office.
Full fees will be paid until you are assessed as being eligible.
We are proud to be able to facilitate payment of the Child Care Subsidy(CCS); parents pay only the amount due after the subsidy has been deducted.
Late Fees
The Children’s Services Regulation 1998 requires a Centre to have 2 Educators present at all times children are in attendance.
Therefore, if a child is not collected by closing time (6.30pm) a late fee of $20.00 for every 10 minutes, or part thereof, may be charged.
Leaving us?
If you wish to withdraw your child from our services, we kindly request two weeks notice.
If less than two weeks notice is given, we reserve the right to charge for a two week period. Please Note: Child Care Subsidy cannot be claimed if your child does not attend during this period.
